Some ideas on a trim tab daggerboard, Colin Brown prompted this one, had been reading about jibing c/b but I am not sure about them, like this idea better. The tab would be the last 25%, the shape allows the hinge line to be straight but keep 25% split down the length . The greenish colour in the drgs is my current 225mm cord dagger board with a naca0010 and the pinkish colour is a naca 64a012 200mm cord. Should really try the 225 one first, only just managed to mould one and have not used it yet. Also shed packed up for moving so only ideas at the moment. I think the ideas in the last post would not be well received, have been reading back through posts on the ic web site and sailing anachy and I am guessing that the ic comunity in general would change the rules against them, so an expensive expriment! (might still do it...)
